Novy Posad transfers mail to "cloud"

On October 21, 2013 the Microsoft company announced transition of Novy Posad Ltd to cloud corporate mail. As the technical contractor in the project the ETF-Fleshtreyd LLC company acted.

Project Progress

Transition is caused by need to provide the customer's employees with modern effective tools for productive work – remote access to mail, a possibility of joint editing and viewing contacts and the calendar.

Novy Posad Ltd made the decision on transfer of corporate mail to a cloud service of Microsoft Office 365. In the help for migration Novy Posad Ltd selected ETF-Fleshtreyd LLC.

Mail "transition" is broken into several stages:

• at the first stage of implementation requirements analysis of the organization \is carried out
• at the second stage all data of employees are transferred to the new platform, setup of the Microsoft Office 365 portal is made
• together with technical service of Microsoft corporation process of integration of the Microsoft Office 365 mail into earlier version of an email client of Microsoft Outlook of 2007 is performed

"After purchase of Microsoft Office 365 service by our company we received reliable mail with a possibility of remote access to it and also avoided finance and time expenditure on purchase and setup of the physical equipment and the software", - Galina Latysheva, the development director of Novy Posad Ltd emphasized.
