Promod will implement technology of preparation of reports according to IFRS

On October 21, 2013 the Homnet Consulting company announced the participation in the project of integration of the software product "to Homnet: IFRS" in structure of business of the Russian division of PROMOD company.

Project Task

With development and expansion of division of PROMOD in Russia, the management of the head company made the decision on creation of a new information system for conducting managerial accounting and reporting according to the IFRS standards. Use of former tools of a reporting preparation on took away a lot of time: assembly of the reporting and preparation of export files for external programs manually, accounting of IFRS in the MS Excel.

The tender as the contractor selects Homnet Consulting company.

Project Plans

During the project on implementation of a subsystem of accounting on the IFRS platform it is necessary to carry out automation of the international accounting on the basis of the solution "Homnet: IFRS". According to requirements of the company it is necessary to resolve a number of tasks:

• Development of the document "Technical Design" with the description of necessary completions in a system
• Completion of the mechanism on charge of expenses regarding an unpaid debt
• Completion of the mechanism on charge of expenses regarding prepayment
• Completion of the reference book the cost item for a possibility of the indication of the cost item of IFRS and division of IFRS
• Loading of the chart of accounts of IFRS, setup of a mepping
• Formation of opening balances on the basis of data of the Russian accounting
• Setup of reference books for the purposes of IFRS, installation of divisions of IFRS in the reference book of cost items
• Posting transfer from RAS in IFRS from March till August, correction of the revealed errors, consultations of users
• Report settings of Trial balance according to IFRS

The project supposes to automate 10 jobs.
