Profil Doors automates an inventory control

On October 22, 2013 company "1C Architect of business" developed and automated processes of collecting of orders, marking and production for Profil Doors company implementation of software MobileLogistics.

Project Tasks

With business development and complication of work of a warehouse, the company management decided to automate and that to simplify the procedure of collecting of orders, accounting of finished goods. Project implementation was entrusted by companies "1C Architect of business".

Project Progress

Specialists of the contractor were faced by a problem of completion of a number of business processes, setup of a system of conducting inventory accounting. The decision - to use a mobile retail store equipment is made.

For automation of a warehouse connected the data collection terminal (DCT) of Honeywell Dolphin 6500 and the printer of printing of the Argox X-2300E labels. On the shipping documentation the program of MobileLogistics for automation of transactions of accounting of goods (inventory, arrival, an expense, movement, write-off, etc.) is installed.

Engineers of the contractor created a new configuration in which they implemented functionality:

• the choice of documents the list with scrolling up and down, adds the additional line "Status of the Document";
• display of planned product quantity in the form of data collection;
• in editing settings — the mode of automatic subtraction of a commodity unit at its scanning (without manual entry of quantity); the point of control of a deviation from the plan is added.

Besides, finished functions in the system of 1C:

• generation of barcodes for the nomenclature by orders;
• label print engine on individually developed model (with an order number, the barcode, the name of the nomenclature and the partner);
• loading of the nomenclature in 1C and the mobile terminal of data collection;
• the report for the analysis of orders and production.
