Alioth (furniture) (Monitor CRM)

The Best Software company completed Monitor CRM system implementation in the Ukrainian company "Alioth", the producer of cabinet furniture.

The CRM system was required to furniture factory for systematization of base of clients (large enterprises, the state and municipal organizations) and also for establishing interaction with the distributed dealer network and between employees in the company. Besides, by management estimates, process of effective sales in the company slowed down because of need of manual data processing and insufficiently complete management information.

Now data are loaded into the CRM system from the accounting system "1C: Enterprise". Branches and territorially remote office are connected to the single database far off.

On each products in a system two price types are got (retail and dealer). Regulations of work with clients and order processing are registered. Templates of printing documents are configured. Planning of commodity and financial flows on the basis of marketing data and the analysis of situations became simpler that allowed to perform better assortment and client policy. Control over work of personnel of commercial service, on quantitative (number of addresses, working time) and to qualitative indexes (work with the client, accomplishment of strategic tasks) is strengthened. All this allowed to reduce several times time necessary for adoption of operational solutions and to bring closer management to a real-time mode.
