Antirobot is created for expense optimization on communication of the contact centers working with outgoing calls on mobile phones. As soon as the call-back gets on voice mail - the call is interrupted.

Profile Call centers do thousands of outgoing calls on mobile in day. When the subscriber is unavailable, the telecom operator suggests to write to the subscriber a voice message. But at call center process is automated and the robot cannot distinguish connect to the subscriber from inclusion of record of the message. It standardly transfers connection to the operator, that begins a conversation, and instead of the answer - silence. Meanwhile tariffing of a conversation goes at the normal price.

For permission of this problem Oktell created the Antirobot application which will recognize a welcome screen of voice messages. There is a comparison of each answer of the subscriber with a standard sound template (voice messages of the largest providers). If the similarity is defined, usually it takes 3-5 seconds - diskonnekt. The anti-robot is SIP of a proxy the server, with support of several simultaneous connections to providers.

Statistics shows that at a pro-ring about 3% of mobile numbers are occupied, and about 10% are unavailable. Every seventh call on mobile, when using autoconnection, is false. The cost of one minute of connection is small, but at tens of thousands of calls noticeable accounts come.
