Biography

The ASSR was born in the village of Nidzhili of Kobyaysky district Yakut.

Education

1974 - the highest theatrical school of Shchepkin, Moscow

Career

1989 - 1991 - People's Deputy of the USSR

Since 2000 – till 2006 - the rector-organizer of the Arctic state institute of culture and arts, the associate professor on Skill of the Actor department. From the date of foundation of Academy of spirituality of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic is a full member (academician) of Academy.

Since 1990 - the Minister of Culture and Spiritual Development of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic. The decree of the President of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic of 6/19/2010 No. 25 it is appointed the Minister of Culture of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.
