In Agat network the solution IP telephony is deployed

On October 22, 2013 the Delos company (Astrom-NN) announced end of the large-scale project on creation of a single telephone network for car showrooms of Agat group.

Project Progress

The project integrated 26 car showrooms in 7 cities of Russia. By means of modern telecommunication technologies the uniform exterritorial office at which all specialists are in permanent contact with each other and with the client, irrespective of distance is created.

Within the project in all salons IP PBXs of Panasonic of the KX-TDE/NCP series are installed, the DECT microcellular networks are unrolled. Communication with warehouses and remote offices is performed through SIP DECT, and in some, "narrow" places a DECT repeaters for increase in an area of coverage of DECT phones is used. In total 75 microcellular base stations integrating 610 DECT phones are set. For the employees working at departure integration into GSM phones was provided.

For the maximum convenience of sales department in Nizhny Novgorod the uniform call center for all motor shows is created. Call center operators process all calls and distribute them on territorial offices of the company.
