Financegroup automates normative accounting

On October 22, 2013 1C Company: Announced the first BIT project implementation on optimization of accounting activity in Financegroup LLC implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 program.

Project Task

Earlier accounting at the enterprise was not automated. Reports created by means of paper carriers and spreadsheets. Process of formation of documents took a lot of time and forces.

For increase in control over business and decrease in load of personnel, the management of firm made the decision on implementation of the specialized accounting program "1C: Accounting 8".

Specialists "1C: The first BIT" carried out implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 program to Financegroup LLC.

Project Results:

• the quality of the prepared reporting improved. The variety of ready report forms and autoverification of documents provide reliability of data. All forms correspond to the relevant legislation of the Russian Federation.
• terms of approval of accounting documents and preparation of the reporting were reduced. The majority of accounting transactions, including such labor-consuming as depreciation, cost accounting is automated.
• Use of the separate chart of accounts of tax accounting simplifies comparability of data of accounting and tax accounting.

Time for preparation of the reporting was reduced several times, personnel labor costs decreased. There was a possibility of objective assessment of financial and economic stability of the company.
