"MTT" increases controllability of business implementing BPM technologies

On October 24, 2013 the BMP Logic company announced project completion within which in MTT company the technique and management tools are implemented by business processes.

Project Tasks

During creation of a management system of MTT relied on a key task - increase in efficiency and controllability of own business.

For project implementation invited consultants of BMP Logic company.

Project Progress

Specialists of the contractor were responsible for development of methodology of the description of business processes and regulations of the created system of complex optimization of activity MTT. They described business processes of the top level of the company in more detail – process Service.

The implementation project was broken into several stages. Originally developed methodology and standards of business process modeling, created models "as is" the business processes of the top level existing in the company.

Organized work on the detailed description of processes, transactions and procedures within the system of the approved rules of interaction of divisions in end-to-end processes of rendering services.

"The majority of problematic issues was resolved routinely, and "heaviest" were considered in MTT by jointly specially created working group, – Andrey Koptelov, the director of consulting of BMP Logic company noted. – The standards developed by us together with colleagues from MTT on modeling became a basis for further process descriptions by forces of business divisions of the operator".
