Avtoeshelon automates sales processes of a magzin

On October 24, 2013 1C Company: Announced the first BIT project completion of automation of outlet of Avtoeshelon using specialized Retail program 1C 8. Shop of auto parts and electronic retail store equipment.

Project Tasks

The optimal specialized solution on the 1C Platform was required to pick up Avtoeshelon companies, to connect and set up a retail store equipment.

In an analysis result of the market of software, selected ready-made solution 1C Retail 8. Shop of auto parts and electronic retail store equipment 2.0. The program completely answers specifics of activity of shop and requirements of the customer.

Project Results

Installation of a product, in shop automates trade processes:

• Control of sale and revenue of shop;
• Operational and faultless selection of goods on VIN, the brand, year of release and on serial number of a part;
• Accounting of buses and disks by additional properties;
• Accounting of belonging of spare parts to brands of cars;
• Convenient maintaining base of goods and analogs;
• Interaction with automobile directories, about a search capability of parts in the database of the directory and import of data from the directory to the nomenclature reference book of a configuration;
• Formation of convenient reports for clients and many other things.

In the project the electronic retail store equipment is connected and set up:

• Fiscal registrar of FPrint-5200K;
• Universal detector DoCash DVM mini;
• Thermal printer of printing of the ZEBRA LP 2824 Plus labels;
• Strongbox of Glolee EC-335 to fiscal registrars;
• The laser hand scanner with a support of SYMBOL LS 2208 "Cobra".
