Remarque uses technologies for accounting automation

On October 25, 2013 the Logen company announced completion of implementation in Remarque online store of a software technology on the software 1C: Small Business Management platform.

Project Tasks

For implementation of development plans business, the management of online store decided to provide the normal level of automation in the directions:

• support of operational work with suppliers and buyers – accounting of orders of buyers, formation on their basis of supplier orders and reserves;
• sales planning and purchases;
• pricing;
• inventory control and cash accounting;
• planning of the budget on business development, advertizing and an other expenses;
• analysis of profitability of the directions of business.

As a result of search and the analysis, the owner of business selected 1C: Small Business Management 8.

The Logen company performed the order - performed consulting support.

Project Results

• The director controls business processes on planning and implementation of purchases.
• There was an opportunity to carry out demand analysis and from it to plan purchases.
• Accounting of warehouse stocks is organized, there was an opportunity to develop the warehouse, increasing the branded range and a lineup.
• Accounting of orders and control of their accomplishment thanks to regular reports of the program is automated.
• Accounting of finance is organized.

"The interesting fact – on process of the project and studying of product capabilities new opportunities of its application about which did not even think in a decision instant of automation open.
