2018: Completion of reorganization of function of supply of sales offices

On December 4, 2018 the VimpelCom company announced completion of reorganization of function of supply, having implemented the solution ADS Inventor. According to the company, this solution of a full stroke on planning and distribution of the subscriber equipment for operational supply of sales offices. The project affected process automation: maintaining assortment matrix, forecasting of sales, calculation of the target objectives of stocks, purchase planning and daily distribution of stocks by sales offices and return logistics (commercial export). Project implementation allowed Beeline to reduce the monthly purchasing budget.

Need of implementation of the similar solution for Beeline was explained with requirement as in reorganization of the existing processes of purchases and inventory management of the subscriber equipment, and creation next in connection with twofold expansion of retail network from February to November, 2018.

According to representatives of operator, the solution of a similar class was absent in the company earlier. Increase in efficiency and process automation at the expense of the single system which is built in an IT landscape of the company became the main objective of the project.

As specified in the press service of Beeline, the solution ADS Inventor was integrated with information systems 1C Retail and the NFS companies.

Deloitte Consulting acted as integrator in this project. The staff of Beeline and Deloitte did work at the scheduled time.[1]

In May, 2012 the joint report of the companies VimpelCom and Deloitte was devoted to the solution on optimization of working capital based on QlikView.
