The WillMore company (file) finished production functionality of the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics NAV for the Akrikhin company producing drugs.
ERP system was implemented at the enterprise a few years ago. Then business processes in the field of logistics, productions and accounting were automated. In 2007, in connection with large restructuring of business in the company there was an issue of optimization of production and production capacity planning.
During the project the additions reflecting the concept of production planning and control, accepted at the enterprise were made to standard functionality of the production ERP systems block. As a result for automation of discrete production it was succeeded to create two-level schedule system of production capacities (preliminary and detailed planning).
The system of preliminary planning estimates production loading in general for a month on groups of the same production capacities (work centers). The quantity of the made products is calculated on the basis of sales forecasts, the level of "safe" warehouse stocks and real existence of goods in warehouses. At a stage of detailed planning production orders are distributed within a month on specific terms of production and production capacities.
On the basis of preliminary planning the system of operational adjustment of the plan allows to estimate degree of feasibility of the production plan on presence of production capacities, warehouse stocks and also to plan purchases taking into account delivery dates.
Planning of loading of work centers happens taking into account passing by production process of "bottlenecks" and allows to smooth underload and an overload of production capacities and personnel. At the same time scheduled downtimes of the equipment, readiness of necessary semi-finished products and also time necessary on preparation of capacities for production, reconfiguration from one type of products on another are considered. The mechanism of planning of process flows allows to use different options of routes for production of one type of products. Production capacities can be grouped in sign of interchangeability.
For visualization of industrial process control two matrix forms (for preliminary and for detailed planning) reflecting passing by the production order of a process flow by production capacities with indication of dates and start time and the end of production operations which the manager can change are reflected in workplaces of managers. At the same time the overload of production capacities, temporary gaps in production process is visually displayed and also terms on reconfiguration of the equipment are controlled.
The analysis of production process is performed on the basis of the reports reflecting deviations in development, in use of resources and materials; estimates of necessary number of staff, planned and actual targets of utilization of capacity.
Project Development
On July 27, 2015 the Navicon company announced project completion of automation of collecting of the reporting under IFRS in Akrikhin company.
Since 2011 majority shareholder of Akrikhin company Polish pharmaceutical company Polpharma. In this regard the functionality of an enterprise management system for preparation of financial statements and according to international standards, according to requirements of the majority shareholder was required to increase Akrikhina.

During the Akrikhin project pursued the aim - to automate collecting of the reporting under IFRS in a short time. Business process was necessary to specialists of Navicon and to solve some more passing problems:
- automate the most labor-consuming adjustments of the reporting under IFRS
- make possible transformation in the used system module of accounting data in the IFRS format with the subsequent calculation, accounting of adjustments and collecting of the reporting.
"We began to cooperate with Akrikhin company already for a long time and performed for it several projects, - Alexey Ignatkin, the manager of projects of practice of MS Dynamics NAV of Navicon company told. - One of them — implementation of Navicon SalesOut, our own solution allowing to automate the analysis of secondary sales with use as one of system modules of means of the MS SQL Server of MDS (Master Data Services). I think that the accumulated experience of cooperation helped us and with the present project: we well got acquainted with the customer, specifics of management that, of course, significantly facilitated our interaction".
Methodological consulting of the project was carried out by specialists of consulting company Ernst & Young. The Navicon company, in addition to the works connected with development and deployment of system module was engaged in IT consulting for the customer.

The project of automation is executed in a short time. In February, 2015 use of the created functionality of a system in the test mode began, for July 27, 2015 transfer of the developed module ERP systems of Akrikhin company to operation prepares.
