The Avirsa holding implemented the accounting automation system

On October 28, 2013 it became known of the project which was carried out by Logen company in large diversified holding of Avirs where functions of accounting and tax accounting, settlings with personnel, data exchange with bases of operational accounting by software implementation of 1C: Accounting 8 are automated.

Project Tasks

At the time of the beginning of the beginning of the project accounting was kept in 1C: Accounting 7.7.

Project Progress

LOGEN company conducted works within the complex project of business process automation of holding on products 1C:Enterprise 8. Are executed:

• Transfer of documents from 1C: Accounting 7.7 per 1C: Enterprise Accounting 8, the entering balance is verified;
• All necessary reference books which are earlier kept in different programs including 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8, 1C: Trade Management 8 are unified;
• The system of access isolation to input of reference books is constructed;
• Processes of information exchange between 1C: Trade Management 8 and 1C: Accounting 8 are automated;
• Accounting of complex intraeconomic couplings of the enterprises of holding is most facilitated;
• The separate transactions which are insufficiently reflected in standard means, including factoring transactions, acquiring, tolling schemes of production, separate transactions connected including VAT are automated;
• Procedures of reconciliation of data between operational and accounting, accounting data of different legal entities are automated;
• Process of accounting is built in such a way that closing of the periods and formation of all types of the reporting is performed by standard means of 1C.

For October 28, 2013 operation 1C: Enterprise Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 is performed. A total quantity of the automated jobs more than 50.
