On October 28, 2013 the Logen company announced the project in Positive Technologies company where PR 1S: CRM + 1C: Trade Management is implemented.
Project Objectives
- Consolidation of the customer base (sources are files of Excel, email clients, notebooks of managers, etc.);
- Creation of the convenient tool for sales department – uniform base of clients, orders, accounts, shipments and payments;
- creation of forecasts and sales plans taking into account a stage of passing of each transaction (order) with the client;
- control of document flow on sales (terms of sending, obtaining documents);
- control of renewal terms of licenses (on deliveries of own software);
- control of managers by the management.
Project Results
The project implements consolidation of the customer base, the beginning of work with it of all employees, an institution of clients and contact persons in the uniform place.
Implementation of the block of sales is complete:
- statement of documents (accounts, acts, invoices);
- starting orders and primary documents;
- start of business sales processes – accounting of stages of relationship according to each transaction;
- start of service functions (mailing of reports on document flow, on dates of termination of licenses, etc.).
