Rosbank implemented Equation

On October 29, 2013 it became known of an implementation project of a technology platform of Equation in JSB Rosbank.

Project Task

After joining of the 1 OBK Group to Rosbank, there was a need of consolidation of organizations and branches in the general branch network on the Equation platform.

Before Rosbank worked at two different systems - the central office on the system of own development which passed as inheritance from IFC Bank, and branches on the local Quorum system.

Project Progress

Process of transition consisted of two stages. At the end of 2003 the transaction of merge began and set the task for IT department: until the end of 2005 from two banks - the 1 OBK Group consisting of seven banks (including ORS company) and Rosbank - to create one big Rosbank.

Six months the choice of a technology platform for consolidation continued. In August, 2004 the management of bank made the decision - to integrate bank on the basis of Equation.

In December, 2004 on the basis of 1 OBK Bank the Moscow branch of Rosbank which worked at the Equation platform by then is formed.

The second stage of consolidation is begun in 2006. Within a year the remained branches of Rosbank are transferred to a single platform.
