Control Accounts Chamber of St. Petersburg

The control Accounts Chamber of St. Petersburg is created in 1995 at the initiative of deputies of Legislative assembly of the city. The law of St. Petersburg "About Control Accounts Chamber of St. Petersburg" is adopted on May 26, 1995. This date became day of formation of organization.

Functions of organization

The Accounts Chamber of St. Petersburg has the status of the independent legal entity. It performs control and auditing, expert and analytical, information and other types of activity, provides control of budget implementation of St. Petersburg, control of an established procedure of management and the order of the property which is in state-owned property of St. Petersburg and performs a number of other powers within the current legislation.
