The PocketBook company provided in October, 2013 service for a number of the devices - "Books by E-mail". Using this new feature any e-book can be sent easily directly on readers of PocketBook.
How it works? All of us sometimes find interesting books in the Internet. But now it is not obligatory to have near at hand the reader that to save and read the pleasant edition – it is enough to send this book to PocketBook using a mail service. The Books by E-mail function allows to send documents as investments by e-mail to PocketBook Touch, PocketBook Touch2 and PocketBook 624 devices. Afterwards files can be loaded through Wi-Fi.
The Books by E-mail function supports a set of file formats, including: EPUB DRM, EPUB, PDF DRM, PDF, FB2, FB2.ZIP, TXT, DJVU, HTM, HTML, DOC, DOCX, RTF, CHM, TCR, PRC (MOBI), JPEG, BMP, PNG, TIFF.
It will be possible to protect itself from undesirable correspondence using "white list" in new service PocketBook. "White list" will allow to determine those by address e-mail from which the user would like to receive correspondence.
The Books by E-mail function will be already in the nearest future available in a new software version 4.4 to PocketBook Touch, PocketBook Touch2 and PocketBook 624 devices.
