The management of Department of forestry across the Ural Federal District made the decision on workflow automation. As a result of the careful analysis of the software products presented at the modern market, a choice was made for benefit of the DIRECTUM ECM system most of which fully corresponds to requirements of the enterprise. A main objective of system implementation is increase in performing discipline and control of accomplishment of instructions, transfer of work with documents to an electronic form and also automation of work of services of office-work of Department.
