The department of formation of administration of Katangsky district automates accounting

On October 31 company "1C: The first BIT" announced completion of optimization of work of department of formation of Municipality Administration Katangsky area implementation of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program.

Project Tasks

Before project completion accounting in the company was executed manually, by means of writing-book records and spreadsheets. As a result of structural expansion of the organization need of systematization of accounting information appeared.

There was a question of acquisition of a specialized system.

Project Objectives:

• create the mechanism of operational and total reflection in accounting of all economic transactions;
• accelerate formation of the regulated and tax statements, improve transparency and objectivity of data.

Project Progress

Project implementation was charged to 1C specialists: The first BIT which performed installation and tuning of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program.

Project Results

The effective mechanism of preparation of the reporting is implemented. Speed of accomplishment of accounting transactions increased, labor costs are reduced. There was an opportunity to keep accounting of group of organizations in uniform information base.
