On October 31, 2013 the company Astor announced the project of installation of cash desks of self-service of NCR (Self-Service CheckOut) in retail chain stores of Komandor Group which took place in October, 2013.
Project Progress
Within the pilot project which is carried out in October, 2013 in two shops of the Krasnoyarsk retailer 8 cash desks of self-service of the NCR SelfServ Checkout model are set. The equipment is installed in the form of "islands of self-service" on 4 pieces on shop, in the Komandor supermarket located at the address by st. 78 Voluntary crews, house 12 and in Alleya hypermarket on Televizorny, house 1.
Project Results
Use of cash desks of self-service positively affects capacity of shop, and reduces load of normal cash places, "delaying" on itself a flow of buyers with a small amount of purchases.
