Five Five (Run-Retail of Run 2010)

Visant-torg Ltd opened the first shop in November, 2002 under the agreement of franchizing of Pyaterochka. In 2011 we translated the shops under the Five five brand. At the same time we made high-quality breakthrough in improvement of both the technologies of work, and the software.

Main 'software' for trade management we selected Run2010 complex. Why? Because Run2010 all possible processes which are applied in work by the Russian retail are supported. Thus, purchasing programs from Run-Retail LLC, we understood that we take a huge step to the future – plans for improvement of our processes completely "laid down" in the functionality which is already implemented in Run2010. Our retail chain stores work in the "shop at the house" format, and in Run2010 already in basic functionality the principles of trade of such shops are very well underlain.

We had several requirements:

• first, in our network cash POS systems which in terms of final trade (a probitiya of checks), completely satisfied us were set earlier. Respectively, these POS places should be integrated into the main complex. Run 2010 with ease met our requirement.

• secondly, the complex should support work of an excise alcoholic warehouse completely. As a result, the regular modules Run 2010 installed in a warehouse execute the assigned functionality completely and without complaints.

• thirdly, low final cost of further maintenance.

Here it is necessary to make retreat and to tell here that: all process of implementation of Run 2010 as at the central office, a warehouse, and in workplaces in outlets specialists of our network made independently. Installation was preceded by several short cycles of training for the users who passed at the test stands provided Run-Retail using the guides of users. All works in return, the command Run-Retail executed only in the remote mode on communication channels, including transfer help and credentials of the old systems in Run 2010!

Exclusively smoothly running processes Run-Retail determined the low cost of further support and development by remote maintenance. Besides, thanks to quite good technical description, use in development of Run of 2010 hi-tech standards of architectural creation of systems and programming, customizability – IT engineers of "Visant-Torga" resolve the majority of issues according to the Run 2010 system independently. As a result of all described factors – failures in accomplishment of our processes in retail chain stores do not happen.
