On November 5, 2013 it became known of acquisition and deployment in authorities of the Republic of Mordovia of 540 licenses EDMS "CASE" of development of the company "Electronic Office Systems" (EOS).
Project Tasks
After creation of the ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Mordovia as separate public authority, the management makes the decision on possible and necessary consolidation in a single system of the existing separate workflow systems of authorities of the republic.
Specialists carried out the analysis of the existing systems, offers available in the market in terms of functionality, experience of implementation in regional authorities, set of direct investment costs and operating costs. On set of criteria within the held competition selected EDMS "CASE".
Project Progress
By November 5, 2013 540 additional jobs, in addition to operating purchased. The project was implemented by Garant company.
Project Results
On June 25, 2015 at an interregional practical conference "Effective document flow and electronic archives: perspectives and trends of development", in Saransk Oleg Sokolov, the minister of informatization and communication of the Republic of Mordovia, told: "In the Republic of Mordovia in a system 900 jobs function EDMS "CASE". In the Ministry of informatization and communication of the republic circulation of documents in paper form is completely excluded: "paper" begins and reaches a limit in the minister's reception. At the same time installation EDMS within the project is made according to the unlimited license from EOS Group — it considerably facilitates connection of new employees and jobs. Saved also on paper, but first of all - on time: consideration, preparation and passing of documents considerably accelerated".
