The government of the Irkutsk region implements technologies of planning and formation of the program budget

On November 5, 2013 it became known of implementation project completion the EXPERT of BIS-SBOR by the company "R.O.S.T.U." for the benefit of the Government of the Irkutsk region.

Project Progress

The project of creation of the new productive focused management system is begun in 2012.

During the project are created:

• system of goal-setting of the Irkutsk region;
• 17 State programs of the Irkutsk region, including 101 subprogrammes;
• 306 drafts of departmental target programs and main actions,
• 367 projects of the state tasks, 412 drafts of plans of financial and economic activity, 3,657 program actions.

All program actions and the purposes of social and economic development of the Irkutsk region have the resulting indicators. After passing of the procedure of an approval of the regional budget for 2014-2016 the specified draft documents will also receive the status of "approved".

For work in an automated system access to it was got by 1200 users – the staff of the industry ministries of area, departments, the staff of one and all public institutions, including the organizations which are territorially given from the regional center.
