On November 6, 2013 it became known of implementation in Nevsky Firmament company of the 1C: Small Business Management 8 program carried out by forces of specialists of Rau of IT company.
Project Progress
Specialists of RAU IT suggested to involve managerial program capabilities "1C: Small Business Management" regarding customer relationship management.
In addition in a system the specialized "Workplace of the measurer" is implemented. Using access to the general base on the Internet, the measurer, being at the client, can enter from the notebook into the program necessary data and it is instant calculate the cost and cost value of the order, the potential bonus for its execution, to define what stimulating discount it can provide to the client without prejudice to itself(himself) and the company. At the same time the company executive had an opportunity independently in real time to control all payment under orders and efficiency of their execution.
Project Results
- Expenses on compensation are cut down for 30 thousand rubles a month, the number of employees is optimized (need for the selected employee who was engaged in transfer in the system of data from spreadsheets disappeared).
- Processing speed of orders is increased. Now on processing of all orders one working hour of one employee a day is required — though earlier this work borrowed till 5 o'clock several people.
- It is much more pleasant to clients when order placement takes several minutes, but not hours. The customer loyalty grows, "gossip hotline" works better — the company is recommended more often to friends and acquaintances.
- To all measurers in a month the director executes payroll calculation in 5-10 minutes. Acceptance of the entering addresses is partially brought to outsourcing. Specialists of external Call center also enter information obtained from clients directly into the 1C: Small Business Management program, being connected to it far off.
