"PEAK" implements technologies of work with personnel

On November 8, 2013 1C company integrator: Announced the first BIT project completion of automation of personnel records in PIK Project research firm by means of implementation of software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

Project Tasks

Earlier registration of personnel and calculations integrated to it at the enterprise conducted by means of spreadsheets. Information was separated, there was no ability to manage process of attraction and deduction of the personnel, assessment of personnel potential.

Project Progress

For the purpose of optimization of the HR policy the management made the decision on implementation of the specialized program. The project on installation and setup is charged to specialists of the company "by 1C: The first BIT". They executed program installation, configured account policy, loaded the address qualifier. The register of data "Responsible persons of the organization" was made. All users received detailed instructions.
