On November 12, 2013 the company "1C:VDGB" announced project completion on implementation of software "1C: Accounting 8 PROF" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in Ltd company "Technical Center Energospektr".

Project Tasks

Considering presence of impressive staff of Shopping Center Energospektr, permanent interaction with a large number of consumers of company services, the management made the decision on need of automation of the paramount current tasks connected taking into account transactions with money, including with payroll and also the HR policy of the organization.

Project Progress

Specialists of the company "1C:VDGB" studied all aspects of activity of the enterprise, recommended software solutions "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management" and carried out installation.

Are automated by implementation:

• accounting, tax and budget accounting;
• the regulated reporting;
• personnel records;
• personnel training;
• planning of employee occupation:
  • holidays and/or other actions;

• payroll.

With start of the 1C: Accounting 8 PROF system in the organization input and processing of financial transactions are considerably simplified, since settlings with partners and finishing with account transactions and cash desk, also long process of drawing up tax files became simpler labor-consuming earlier.

Due to complex implementation of two presented solutions of 1C Company, in Shopping Center Energospektr LLC indicators on payroll, management of motivation of employees, charge of the taxes regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation and also all contributions from wage fund raised.
