"Dominant" completed implementation of EDMS

On June 26, 2014 the DocsVision company announced implementation of Docsvision in Dominanta company. Implementation was implemented by BTLab company

Project Tasks

Aiming to provide convenience and speed of work with corporate information (including, deleted), implementations of means of the automated control of performing discipline, the management of Dominanta LLC made the decision on system implementation of electronic document management. Set the tasks of automation of document handling within contract and personnel activities, work with organizational and administrative documents and requests for BTLab company, registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence, work with finance documents.

The BTLab company executed an implementation project of an electronic document management system and business process management of Docsvision 5 in Dominanta company.

At the initial stage we conducted analytical examination of business processes and requirements of the company, developed the concept of implementation of EDMS. After long discussions the decision to execute significant adaptation of the Docsvision system to specifics of business of the customer was made. The flexible designers provided to Docsvision 5.2 allowed to implement all necessary completions. Technical maintenance of EDMS within which the BTLab company develops functionality of the solution according to the changing requirements of business is at the moment performed. It is very pleasant that the staff of Dominanta LLC at all levels, including the top management, actively uses a system.
