Khmelnytsky city council completed implementation of EDMS

On November 14, 2013 the Soft Xpansion company announced the forthcoming system implementation of electronic document management on the Docsvision platform in the Khmelnytskyi city council.

Project Tasks

The Docsvision platform is selected based on carrying out the tender.

System implementation is intended to provide effective electronic document management. Within the project it is necessary to systematize and automate processing of standard documents. As a part of the deliverable solution special settings are implemented: the office (adapted for city executive committees); module "Citizens' appeal", module of approval of decisions of the mayor and executive committee and also set of standard reports.

Project Plans

Solving of tasks of registration, consideration and execution of documents according to the concepts accepted in the Ukrainian office-work, implementation of information exchange between the involved executive bodies will become a project deliverable. Implementation automates work with administrative documents, will provide multilevel control of execution of documents and management instructions, will make possible formation of the complex reporting under a status of office-work and performing discipline in the organization.

A system is adapted taking into account requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. The term of implementation of the first stage of the project – November, 2013.

Eduard Prodedovich, the CEO of Soft Xpansion company, noted: "This project is of great interest to our company. We could propose to the customer the solution which is adapted for specifics of local government authorities of Ukraine. It will allow to execute Docsvision system implementation in short terms and will become a basis for further expansion. Also we hope that our development will be demanded by both executive committees, and councils of other cities of Ukraine".

Project Results

On January 16, 2014 the Software Ekspanshen  Ukraine company announced project completion on implementation of EDMS, on the Docsvision platform, in executive committee of the Khmelnytskyi city council.

The solution is created on the basis of own development "Software Ekspanshen ​​ Ukraine", on the Docsvision platform which is intended especially for local government authorities of Ukraine and considers requirements of the current legislation: Law of Ukraine "About Citizens' Appeals", Resolution of the Cabinet of Ukraine "About the approval of the Standard instruction for office-work in the central executive authorities, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local executive authorities", etc.

As a part of the implemented solution special settings are implemented:

• Office of executive committee;
• Module "Citizens' appeals";
• Module of approval of decisions of the mayor and executive committee;
• Set of standard reports.

In the project progress implementation and setup of a system according to an organization structure of executive committee are executed, necessary reference books are created, access rights and substitutions are configured, key user training is provided, are developed the user instruction and the administrator, etc.
