Tavros transfers IT structure to "cloud"

On November 14, 2013 the CROC company announced transfer of IT infrastructure of "Tavros management company" to virtual data center of CROC within five days.

Project Tasks

"Several months later after project implementation we see that we managed to reduce costs for IT significantly. All computing resources, the software, services in technical support and data backup are provided to us according to the scheme of monthly payment – it allowed to avoid capital costs completely. Besides, we do not need to worry about hardware upgrade and administration of servers. All these tasks were undertaken by engineers of CROC", – Alexander Kocherygin supervising the IT direction of Tavros company noted.

Project Progress

In implementation process of the project specialists of CROC proposed a number of the organizational solutions allowing to reduce its cost. Now the customer can always predict growth or cutting of costs for use of computing powers as services are provided within in advance approved rates. At change of number of users, amount of mailboxes, the customer always knows capacities of servers for what account for services to wait at the end of the month.

The working group was faced by a task – in a short time to create the project of IT architecture of the company in "cloud", to unroll in it IT infrastructure, to provide a possibility of complete transfer of services and these employees.
