Ilek-Teplo automates accounting

On November 14, 2013 1C Company: Announced the first BIT project completion of creation of an automated system of accounting in Ilek-Teplo LLC implementation of software "1C: Accounting 8".

Project Tasks

"Ilek-Teplo" - the company of the industry of housing and communal services. Earlier accounting at the enterprise was not automated. For work optimization the management made the decision on transition to modern methods of accounting. As experts invited 1C specialists: The first BIT.

Project Progress

The contractor installed the 1C: Accounting 8 program, performed setup of parameters of accounting and accounting policy, filled out reference books, loaded necessary qualifiers. The accountant underwent profound individual training, other users got advice of specialists in questions of entering of data into reference books, a design of transactions of accounting and so forth.

Project Results

Implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 program provided automation of key operations on conducting accounting and tax accounting, formation of the regulated reporting. In a project deliverable labor costs of accountants were significantly reduced, the accuracy and transparency of credentials is increased.
