Aurus NetFax

Aurus NetFax - the software - the fax server - for sending and acceptance of facsimile messages from a workplace, without use of fax devices.

On November 15, 2013 the Aurus company announced an exit of software of "Aurus NetFax" - for users of a corporate IP telephony of Cisco – the Aurus NetFax fax server allowing employees to send and get faxes from a workplace without use of fax devices.

To begin use of a product, training is not required. The solution is officially tested in Cisco laboratory on compatibility with Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

The Aurus NetFAX fax server automates mailing and sorting of the entering faxes and their delivery to the receiver by e-mail.

To send the document it is rather simple to send it by email to a certain address. And the entering facsimile messages will be redirected by email to the staff of the company.

• The fax delivery from Word, Excel, CRM and any other applications

It is possible to send the fax message, sending it from any application to the virtual printer. The additional interface allows to select the receiver of the fax, a document template and, if necessary, to specify time for sending the fax.

• Substitution of the sign and seal

Before sending the fax the user can place the image of the sign and seal of the organization to any place of the document.

• Archive of the sent and received faxes

The message is stored in archive of the received and sent faxes

• Multiple sending

Sending facsimile message at the same time to dozens of receivers.

• Choice of a document template and print preview of the fax

Before sending the fax you will be able to select a document template and to browse as the received message will look.

• Mode of multiple lease

You can operate a product in the mode of multiple lease (multi-tenancy) at which one installation of a product is used by several organizations, each of which works with a product, having access only to the data.

The solution is officially tested on compatibility with the IP PBX Cisco Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
