Premises to Docsvision implementation:

• lack of uniform base of electronic documents;
• long search of necessary documents;
• need of reduction of terms of approval of documents;
• need of increase in level of performing discipline.

Based on the Docsvision system processes of the general office-work (the entering, outgoing, internal documentation), management of contractual documentation, management of regulations were automated. Setup of standard applications of the Docsvision system (Office-work, Process management) was carried out.

Thanks to implementation of Docsvision it was succeeded to achieve reduction of time of approval of documents, economy of resources. The transparency of the movement of documents is increased, search time of documents is reduced. Significantly process of an aktulization of the documents promoting adoption of operational solutions became simpler.
