Content

On November 15, 2013 the Weathervane Sale company announced project completion of implementation and start in the medical center "Health of the Nation" of technology of contact center Infinity.

Project Tasks

In 2013 quickly to react to all questions and needs of patients, before the leaders of the center there was a question of connection to business processes of the general call center.

The Infinity system in the best way met all requirements for automation of call processing.

Project Progress

The Infinity program was implemented by about two months.

Project Results

For November 15, 2013 the call center works at the same time for three branches of the company. There is uniform number of the medical centers, further the operator connects to the consultant for the necessary direction. The call leaves on contact center at once and the client obtains all information from operators: consultation, making an appointment, information on price policy, another.

The company management, when settling disputable situations with clients, now always has a possibility of quality control, if necessary and productivities of work of employees by means of automatic recording and listening of a talk.
