St. Petersburg Heating Grid implements the system of audit of metering stations of thermal energy

On November 14, 2013 the Optima group announced completion of development and implementation of the information system "Audit of Metering Stations" in JSC St. Petersburg Heating Grid. The implementation project was performed by the company Alfa-Integrator-Infoenergo

Project Tasks

For JSC St. Petersburg Heating Grid, servicing about 14 thousand agreements of heat supply, existence of a system of the automated processing of requests for audit of the metering stations of thermal energy (MSTE) is especially important. It is connected, first of all with the fact that its use does work with addresses of consumers of the most operational. The convenient service of access on the Internet to necessary arrays of information will be provided to customers, the company will be able to implement ample opportunities of an information system in the field of data processing on metering stations. Besides, possibilities of a new system will allow to get rid of input of large volume of data manually.

Project Results

The IT system in which development and deployment specialists of "ALFA-INTEGRATOR-INFOENERGO" were engaged resolved a number of tasks of the customer regarding planning, data analysis, work with archive, report generation, monitoring of all business processes, automated preparation of documents and control of debts on paid works.

A system should provide complex automation of work with metering stations of thermal energy.

For November 14, 2013 the ALFA-INTEGRATOR-INFOENERGO company completed implementation of the first stage of the Audit of Metering Stations system and passed to implementation of the second queue that will allow to solve the whole range of problems of JSC St. Petersburg Heating Grid:

• reduce terms of processing of requests of consumers for the admission of nodes in operation,
• obtain operational information about a status of metering stations,
• provide to specialists of a planning feature of works on the admission of UUTE of consumers in operation,
• prepare not the standard reporting.
