Pilyugin Vladimir Vasilyevich is the CEO of JSC Orsknefteorgsintez.
Biography
Was born in the city of Orsk of the Orenburg region.
In 1971 Vladimir Pilyuginokonchil Orsky oil technical school in "Chemical technology of oil refining and gas".
Upon termination of technical school worked as the assistant operator of the Orsk oil refinery of V.P. Chkalov. Then service on the Pacific fleet.
In 1974 Pilyugin Vladimir returned on the enterprise where passed all steps of professional growth from the operator of process system to the CEO. Since 1974 it worked as the chief of installation, then – the shop manager of the Orsk plant of synthetic alcohol. Graduated in absentia All-Union from the correspondence polytechnical institute majoring in "Chemical technology of oil refining and gas".
In 1986 it was elected the secretary of Communist Party committee of consolidation Orsknefteorgsintez and went for party work to the CPSU. From 1988 to 1990 worked as the second secretary of a district committee, then the first secretary of the Orsk city town committee of the CPSU.
In 1992 returned on Orsknefteorgsintez where it was appointed the plant manager of synthetic alcohol, in 1993 – the deputy head of the department, the head of the economic department of JSC ONOS.
In 1996 Pilyugin Vladimir Vasilyevich is approved as the vice president for oil refining and sale of oil and oil products of JSC Orenburg Joint-Stock Oil Company (Onako).
In 1999 it is appointed the CEO of JSC Orsknefteorgsintez.
In 2002 to Pilyugin the rank "Honourable Petrochemist of the Russian Federation" is given.
In 2005 the decision of the Orsk city council of deputies to the CEO of JSC Orsknefteorgsintez Vladimir Pilyugin gives the rank of the Honourable citizen of Orsk.
Pilyugin is the deputy of Legislative assembly of the Orenburg region of the 4th convocation.
Vladimir Vasilyevich is married, two daughters, 3 grandsons and 5 granddaughters.
