On November 18, 2013 the Infocraft company announced the product yield of a line of professional solutions preparing for December 2, 2013 for accounting in the field of housing and public utilities.

Description

The product is created on the basis of the popular application solution "1C: Accounting 8". Calculation of a rent and preparation of accounting records happens in one program that allows to avoid the errors connected with data transfer between the program for calculation of a rent and the program for conducting accounting. This approach facilitates work of the accountant, saving time.

Advantages

The program supports maintaining an unlimited number of personal accounts, houses, the organizations.

In a system requirements of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 5/6/2011 No. 354 are implemented. First of all, this formation of the uniform payment document (UPD) and calculation and distribution of all-house needs (ODN).

The solution supports work in regime of the thin client and web client. Transfer of the main computing load of the server is implemented. Management of the interface of the program is completely processed.

Users of existing solutions "Infocraft: Housing and public utilities" for "1C:Enterprise 8" will be able to pass to new solutions free of charge. Transition is possible in the presence of the operating technical support. Upon transition all data which are saved up in the accounting systems remain.
