The all-Russian labor union of workers of life support automates accounting activity of branches

On November 19, 2013 1C Company: Announced the first BIT project completion on creation of an effective system of accounting in the Voronezh regional trade-union organization "All-Russian Labor Union of Workers of Life Support" by implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 software product.

Project Tasks

Earlier accounting at the enterprise was not automated. All data were collected manually, reports created spreadsheets. There were difficulties with objective assessment of information, validation of filling of report forms.

Project Progress

For optimization of accounting implemented the 1C: Accounting 8 software product, customized key systems. All users were trained.

Project Results

The centralized base of collection of information about financial and economic activity of firm is created. Labor-consuming operations on conducting accounting and tax accounting, formation of the regulated reporting are automated. There is a possibility of setup of accounts of inventory stocks and settlings with partners. Transactions of approval of documents on payment of accounts are facilitated, time of vising of documents was reduced. Interaction between divisions improved.
