Goldstein Sergey Valeryevich is the head of department of information and public relations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Samara region.

Biography

Goldstein Sergey Valeryevich was born in the city of Tomsk.

From 1985 to 1987 served in Internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. In 1997 graduated from the Saratov higher school of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Service in law-enforcement bodies of the beginnings in 1987 from a position of the militiaman of front division of the Autofactory District Department of Internal Affairs. Within 7 years worked in service of local militia inspectors.

Till 2003 worked at different executive positions in militia of public security of the ATC of the Avtozavodsky district of the city of Togliatti.

In 2003 Sergey Goldshteynnaznachen the deputy head of department – the chief of department of the personnel of the Department of Internal Affairs in the Komsomol district of the city district of Togliatti.

From December, 2008 to December, 2010 served the deputy head of department – the head of department of moral and psychological providing URLS Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of the Samara region.

Since December, 2011 - the head of department of information and public relations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Samara region.

For November 19, 2013 Sergey Valeryevich Goldstein, the police colonel, works as the head of department of information and public relations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Samara region.

It is awarded with a medal "For Distinction in the Protection of Public Order" and departmental awards.
