    • B to a system is implemented the section "The magazine of holidays" in which it is possible to perform the following operations:

  • Adding of a holiday.
  • Change of a holiday (prolongation, response, termination, canceling).
  • Viewing change history of a holiday.
  • Calculation of vacation days taking into account changes.
  • Automatic calculation of the periods and days of an annual main paid leave (taking into account the periods which are excluded from the experience granting the right to a holiday).
  • Automatic calculation of the periods and days of an additional paid leave. For calculation of this leave type two methods are provided: with the shift of the period and without shift.
  • Viewing calculation of the periods and vacation days. In a system the form of viewing calculation of the main and additional vacations containing all parameters necessary for calculation of the periods and vacation days is implemented. Using this form the specialist of HR department can easily check correctness of automatic calculation of the period and vacation days of the employee.
  • Automatic control of use of the determined vacation days. A system controls the number of the spent days of the basic and additional vacation and does not allow to use in one period more days, than is set. Also in the software product the section "The periods of holidays" in which it is possible to trace a remaining balance of vacation days in the period is implemented and to look at all holidays of this period.

  • Scheduling of holidays.

    • a System contains the specialized section Vacation schedules in which the specialist of HR department can perform the following actions:

  • Scheduling of holidays.
  • Change of the vacation schedule.
  • Formation of the order on providing a holiday.
  • Control of inclusion of employees in the vacation schedule on divisions.
  • Vacation schedule printing as in general on organization, and on divisions.
  • Printing of the notification on the beginning of a holiday.

  • Convenient mechanism of magazines

    • the Software product contains a set of the magazines containing lists of employees by different parameters. In magazines there is a possibility of selection, sorting and also multilevel grouping of information on employees. In a system more than 20 magazines among which there are Sick leave notes, Business trips, Experiences, Holidays, Certificates and others are implemented.

  • Accounting of an experience of employees.

    • a System allows to keep account of different types of experiences, including preferential for superannuation. ** A system also contains function of calculation of an experience of the employee for any date.

  • Military accounting
    • the Software product provides full conducting military accounting in organization, including military specialties, categories of a stock, military ranks, categories of the validity, military structure, a military commissariat, the general and special accounting. Delivery of the software product includes necessary reports on military accounting according to the methodical recommendations of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

The main feature of the mechanism of unloading is that reference books of "The federal register of health workers" and the Personnel for Medicine program are completely synchronized. It allows specialists of HR department of a message the reference books in the form in which they find necessary and then to unload the data in a format of reference books of "The federal register of health workers".
