OTP Bank implements the system of authorization of high availability

On November 19, 2013 the Tieto company and OTP Bank announced system implementation of authorization of high availability.

Project Progress

Tieto and OTP Bank jointly performed implementation in OTP Bank of a system of authorization of high availability. Implementing solution of high availability will allow to ensure unceasing functioning of an authorization system of bank, including in case of need carrying out planned works. For the end user – the map holder, it means permanent availability of OTP of Bank when processing its requests.

Within the project transfer of request processing of authorization from OTP Bank Plc (Hungary) in OTP Bank (Russia) is performed the solution of high availability - Card Suite Active - Active High Availability which basis includes simultaneous synchronized work of two systems in real time is implemented. During project implementation direct connection of bank to international payment systems of Visa and MasterCard was also performed that will allow to optimize workflows of bank.
