"Slavutich" increases technological effectiveness of trade business

On November 17, 2013 company "1C:" announced the first BIT the final of the project of creation of a system of trade accounting in Slavutich grocery store implementation of the 1C: Retail 8 program.

Project Tasks

The retail chain stores of small retail trade of Slavutich LLC implement food, drinks, tobacco products. Earlier accounting at the enterprise was not automated. All reporting documentation was kept by means of spreadsheets and writing-book records. Assessment of indicators of activity of firm, control of delivery time, accounting is complicated.

For optimization of workflows and improving competitiveness of business, owners made the decision to hold events for automation of trade enterprises.

Project Progress

As contractors of the project attracted the company "with 1C: The first BIT". Engineers of the contractor executed program installation "1C: Retail 8", configured information base, provided user training.

Are automated:

• arrival of goods from the partner on a warehouse of shop;
• sales of goods;
• movement of goods between shop and warehouse;
• inventory of trade inventories;
• design receipt and cash payment orders;
• execution of checks of sales;
• movement of cash.

Implementation of the 1C: Retail 8 program automates key trade processes: sales of goods, inventory, settlement with buyers and suppliers. By means of viewing detailed reports for any time frame (change, week, month) the management had an opportunity to estimate sales volumes, to plan purchases and to manage price policy.
