Avrorov Service automates business management

On November 19, 2013 1C Company: Reported the first BIT - the implementation project of the specialized software solution "BIT is complete . Management of car service and car showroom" in Avrorov Service car service.

Project Tasks

Before the sphere of automation at the enterprise affected only transactions of accounting and tax accounting. Wishing to increase the level of service, the management decided to implement a modern management system for firm. 1C Company acted as contractors of the project : The first BIT.

Project Progress

Employees of the contractor carried out installation of the software product "BIT. Management of car service and car showroom", transferred data from former storage.

Project Results

Are automated by implementation of the program:

• selection and search of necessary parts in the set characteristics (to existence in warehouses, cost, to the client, a reserve, existence of payment, etc.);
• formation of the supplier order for replenishment of a warehouse according to preferences and orders of buyers;
• accounting of a complete set, applicability of spare parts and works to cars, models;
• calculation of cost of works and term of their accomplishment;
• pricing;
• monitoring of the movement of spare parts online, operational write-off of spare parts;
• settling with personnel according to the individual bonus scheme;
• formation of the regulated reporting;
• planning and works monitoring.

Information on the cars, their owners executed / planned activities is stored in the centralized card file for all lifecycle of the car. The card helps to recreate the history of service and repairs quickly.
