Harakhorin Valery Mikhaylovich is the head of administration of the city of Strezheva.

Biography

Valery Mikhaylovich Harakhorin was born in Kazakhstan, in the village of Merke.

Valery Harakhorin left secondary school in 1974, entered the Tomsk state university. In five years, on distribution, it arrived in Strezheva.

The professional way began in department of industrial sociology of the normative and research station of Tomskneft production association.

In 1982 Harakhorin Valery Mikhaylovich headed economical department of department of technological transport of strezhevsky drilling department, later - department of scientific job management and production management. In 1990, having headed planning department, passed to work in department of technological transport No. 2.

In 1991 Valery Mikhaylovich was appointed the head of the state tax inspection across Strezhevy which Harakhorin headed for 14 years.

In 2005 and till March, 2009 Harakhorin Valery Mikhaylovich as a part of deputy corps of the Duma of the city district of Strezheva, the chairman of the Duma of the city of Strezhevy.

Since March 5, 2009 holds a position of the mayor of the city district of Strezheva.

For November 20, 2013 Valery Harakhorin works as the head of administration of the city of Strezheva, the mayor.
