Vodokanal implements the system of legally significant document flow

On November 20, 2013 Kontur special design bureau company announced implementation of Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise of a system of electronic legally significant document management "Diadoc" in personal accounts of subscribers.

Project Tasks

In structure of the enterprise more than 30 organizations which service more than 11 thousand subscribers (condominium, the plants, large enterprises, management companies). Monthly the packet from several document types is exposed to subscribers: payment order, account, invoice, summary act, etc. Earlier in the 20th days of every month at head office there was a work involving all hands connected with formation, printing and mailing of finance documents. Spent about 175 thousand rubles a month for printing and delivery of documents.

Project Progress

In the spring of 2013 at the enterprise made the decision on transition to electronic document management.

The enterprise carried out by IT department forces integration of e-document flow "Diadoc" with an internal billing system. In personal accounts of subscribers the possibility of the choice of delivery of documents via the Internet appeared.

Project Results

By the end of the year Vodokanal is going to reduce paper costs for 30%.
