Eksplon implements the complete solution of accounting and management

On November 21, 2013 the Homnet Consulting company announced project completion of automation of accounting and tax accounting, management and accounting activity in EKSPLON LLC implementation of blocks "Business and Tax Accounting", "Production" on the platform of the configuration "1C: Enterprise 8. Public Catering", "Salary and Personnel Management" on the basis of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" configuration.

Project Tasks

The management of "EKSPLON" made the decision on creation of automated information system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Project Progress

Using the solution "1C: Enterprise 8. Public Catering" are automated accounting and tax accounting, problems of an inventory accounting, calculation of dishes are solved, in particular:

• the list of compoundings, drawing up calculations, with a possibility of accounting of preliminary study of "corporate" dishes.
• lists of interchangeable products and their automatic use at write-off in production and formation of calculation cards.
• accounting of standard warehouse transactions:
  • receipts, movements, inventories and write-offs of inventory stocks;
  • retail sales;
  • seasonal coefficients of an overexpenditure;
  • caloric content and nutrition value.

The accounting of goods, materials and finished goods implemented according to PBU 5/01 "Accounting of inventory stocks" became possible.

Project Results

Project deliverable - the new information system helping to control business processes, to set structure of the servicing company, to analyze personnel structure, to make management decisions on the basis of complete and reliable information.
