- Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
Description
- The Uralinteryer LLC company is engaged wholesale both in retail in construction and finishing materials (zvuko-heat insulation, roofing and front materials, cement, a brick, a facing stone, paints and varnishes, plywood, a fibreboard, chipboard, HL, GVL, SML, TsSP, false ceilings and the ceiling systems, the systems of a waterproofing, dry construction mixes, a hand tool and many other things).
- For customer service quality improvement, the company management made the decision to implement the CRM system. Stopped the choice on the 1C:CRM PROF program which has a clear and user-friendly interface. As the partner in implementation TechnoLink company was selected.
- During an implementation project program installation on 26 jobs was carried out.
As a result:
- time for accomplishment of routine transactions was reduced;
- process of management of sales became simpler;
- service rate, due to use of uniform information base with complete history on clients and quick search of the necessary information increased.
