Setup of exchange of delivery notes with 1C: Accounting is implemented, setup on work in progress is added (the remained amount at the end of the month, is scattered in the program automatically).
Maintenance:
- The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
- Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
- The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
- Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
- Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
- Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed
- Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
Description
- The "Ural Center of Security Systems" company decided to automate a trading activity based on - "1C: Trade Management and CRM". As the partner in automation TechnoLink company was selected.
- During the project functions of control of all chain of work with clients from the first contact to an after-sale service are automated. Exchange of delivery notes from "1C: Trade Management and CRM" in "1C: Accounting 8" is implemented.
In a project deliverable:
- management of trade processes is conducted in the unified information system;
- handmade volume decreased;
- the volume of paper document flow decreased;
- errors in accounting were excluded;
- holding time of clients was reduced.
Personnel training to work in the program "1C: Trade Management and customer relations" was provided. Today in the work the program is used by accounting, department of logistics, sales managers.
Further implementation of a management subsystem is planned by customer relations (CRM).

- Sale of the selected software products
- Delivery of software products in office of the customer
- Software installation on the customer's computers
- Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
- Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
- Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
- Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
- Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
- Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
