SKM Group unrolled a management system for branches

On November 23, 2013 the company 1C: The first BIT announced end of the joint SKM Group project of building of an effective management system for branches with the company for implementation of programs "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Trade Management 8".

Project Tasks

The management of business customer noted that a specific place in a company performance is held by the process of the organization of logistics providing ideal execution of terms of obligations to clients. Understanding it, decided to create efficient Business Process Management Suite. As contractors attracted the Orenburg division of 1C Company: The first BIT.

Project Progress

The contractor executed program installation "1C: Accounting 8" in branches and "1C: Trade Management 8" - at head office. Engineers configured the distributed base of information exchange. Users, including in regions (Orsk, Samara, Chelyabinsk), were trained, constructed on consultations of experts.

Project Results

With the help "1C: Accounting 8" business processes are automated:

• accounting of banking and cash activities;
• accounting of settlings with partners;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets; accounting of trade operations;
• production accounting;
• payroll accounting, the personnel and personified accounting;
• accomplishment of the completing transactions of month; preparation of the regulated reporting.
