Retail network of L'etual (Alkor i Co LLC) - the largest network of the perfumery and cosmetic shops in Russia opened more than in 250 cities of Russia. Tens of thousands of names of nearly 150 famous manufacturing brands are submitted to them. Among partners of network there are such companies as: Christian Dior, Guerlain, Chanel, Givenchy, Sisley, Kenzo, Estee Lauder, YSL, D&G, Clarins and many others. Today in Moscow there are 217 shops, and across all Russia their about 800!
The first boutique "L'etual" opened in Moscow in September, 1997 (Smolenskaya Square, boutique "Ruslan"). And in 1998 the L'etual Company within the project of complex automation of shops selected the solution of the Company Electronic money based on software the automated workplace "CASHIER" and the cash equipment of global manufacturers of Fujitsu and IBM.

Solution
The specialized retail store equipment, the software and services of maintenance is a part of the solution. Points of sale are equipped on the basis of the IBM SurePOS 7xx POS system complete with a fiscal registrar of Fujitsu POSPrintFP410K. The laser Symbol LS2208 scanner which is characterized by the compactness and ergonomics is used to reading of shaped codes. As the front office software the automated workplace "CASHIER" which advantage are ample opportunities of providing and accounting of discounts, gift certificates, coupons is used. In general, the solution provides high reliability and ease of operation that guarantees smooth operation of shop.
Originally the solution provided interaction with office accounting system on the platform of 1C. Since 2004 interaction of the solution based on software the automated workplace "CASHIER" with the solution of Columbus IT company based on Microsoft Dynamics AX, set at the central office of L'etual network is supported. Transition to interaction with the solution Microsoft Dynamics AX of Columbus IT, in terms of software the automated workplace "CASHIER", did not demand any modifications in the software and the automated workplace "CASHIER" was provided with change of settings of data exchange protocols of software.
In the course of expansion and development of retail business of L'etual network the company Electronic money implemented support of the most various marketing actions in the software products. In 2000 in L'etual network based on software the automated workplace "CASHIER" the system of accumulative discount cards which allows her buyers to receive discounts from 5% to 25%, depending on the amount of the previous purchases was introduced. The club system assuming different incentive actions for regular customers works: club parties, prizes to the best buyers, etc.
